Dima Drapikovsky is an award-winning design leader with more than a decade of experience in broadcast, esports, and live entertainment.
As a CG Leader at WePlay Studios and Starladder, he built and led teams across Graphic Design, Motion Design, and Unreal Engine, delivering global shows for brands like Riot Games, Valve, Blizzard, and the NFL.
His scope of work spans branding development, art direction, scalable pipeline building, hiring and training, and on-site creative supervision.
From arena-scale esports tournaments and live sports entertainment formats to online broadcasts and virtual events, Dima has overseen every stage of production - from early concepting and identity creation through technical rehearsals and final live delivery. He is known for uniting creative vision with technical precision under the pressure of live production.
